A skin test will be required prior to any colour service.
Cancellation Policy
Clients will receive a text reminder 72 hours prior to their appointment. I appreciate that circumstances can change, so if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment please give me as much notice as possible.
This allows me to offer the appointment to another client.
Repeat offenders of cancellations less than 48hrs notice will need to secure future appointments with a non-refundable payment of 50% of the service bill. Holding unwanted appointments and purchasing products in advance is an expense no small business can afford. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
